Job summary

Woodlands Health and Rehabilitation Center in Ohio is launching a No-Cost Certified Nursing Assistant training program. Upon successful completion and testing you may join as a nurse aide with full or part-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Work at Woodlands Health and Rehabilitation Center.
• Provide daily nursing care and services per resident plans.
• Follow laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
• Report changes to the Nurse or designated charge person immediately.
• Assist with showers, dressing and maintaining resident dignity.

Responsibilities after Class will include but are not limited to:

• Able to work required shifts at Woodlands Health and Rehabilitation Center
• Be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
• Provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
• Reports any changes to the Nurse or designated charge person immediately
• Supervise, assist or provide showers and baths Supervise, assist residents to dress/undress Assure the cleanliness and dignity of each resident

Shift & Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunities Available
• Shift: 7:00a - 7:00p and 7:00p - 7:00a
• Wage: Up to $22.50 per hour
