As a Nurse Aide Trainee (NAT), you will participate in a classroom training program. After completing the training, you will assist professional nursing staff with routine resident/patient care activities, respecting residents' rights, privacy, and confidentiality. You will promote acceptance of treatment goals and respond promptly to residents' needs. The NAT will work in this capacity until passing the state competency exam.
The class is scheduled to start on July 2, 2025.
