Responsibilities

  • Provide residents with comfort and safety and report hazards.
  • Follow care policy and procedure in daily tasks.
  • Assist in activities of daily living—bathing, feeding, dressing, and transferring.
  • Log care provided into the Electronic Medical Records system.
  • Measure and record vital signs and observe changes to report to nursing staff.
  • Maintain equipment and supplies and support residents with mobility.
  • Answer call lights promptly and seek assistance when needed.
  • Provide courteous customer service and compassionate communication in sensitive situations.
  • Other duties as assigned by Administrator or Nurse Management.
