Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Nurse Aide II to support home health clients under RN supervision. You will document care, assist with mobility, meals, and daily tasks, and coordinate with the care team.

Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, reporting changes, and following the Plan of Care. A state CNA II certification, NAT/CEP or reciprocity, CPR, and TB tests are required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Diploma or NAT/CEP program completion.
• Unencumbered state certification to practice as Nurse Aide II.
• CPR training and Hepatitis B immunization.
• Ability to pass reference checks and background verification.

Responsibilities

• Check/record pulse, temperature, and respiration.
• Assist patients with prescribed exercises and mobility.
• Maintain accurate health records and report observations to RN.
• Help with daily activities, hygiene, dressing, and meals.
• Communicate with RN Case Manager and participate in care planning.
