Job summary

MGA Home Healthcare North Carolina LLC is seeking a Nurse Aide II (CNA II) to provide assistive client care under RN supervision in home health settings across Fayetteville, AR. The role emphasizes safety, timely reporting, and compassionate patient support.

You will perform delegated tasks, maintain records, assist with mobility and daily activities, and participate in team communication with the RN Case Manager and clinical staff. State certification required.

Qualifications

• NAT/CEP completion or approved reciprocity required.
• Unencumbered CNA II certification in state of practice.
• Current TB screening or chest X-ray evidence; CPR certification preferred or required.
• Hepatitis B vaccination or declination documented.
• Successful completion of competency screening with a score of 80% or higher.

Responsibilities

• Check and document patients’ pulse, temperature and respiration.
• Assist patients with simple prescribed exercises and range of motion.
• Maintain accurate medical records and report findings to supervisor or case manager.
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, dressing and grooming.
• Change bed linens, launder patient clothing, and clean living areas.
• Perform duties as assigned (errands, meal prep, etc.).
• Communicate clearly with RN Case Manager and other staff.
