Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, mobility).
• Provide routine nursing care under supervision of RN.
• Take and record routine vital signs as directed.
• Document patient care in EMR per scope of practice.

Summary Job Description

Full Time / 36 hours weekly/ 12-hour shifts / 7AM Assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care to patients considering the special needs of pediatric and geriatric patients when indicated, assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse of the team/and or unit.
