Job summary

Baptist Health in Paducah, KY is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to support patient care on our unit. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and document care in the EMR under RN supervision.

The role emphasizes safe, compassionate care for pediatric and geriatric patients, with a typical schedule of full-time, 36 hours per week in 12-hour shifts. Previous CNA training or SRNA is preferred.

Job Description:

Full time/ 36 hours weekly/ 12-hour shifts / 7PM

Assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care to patients considering the special needs of pediatric and geriatric patients when indicated, assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse of the team/and or unit.

Preferred Requirements:

• 1 year of experience preferred
• Successful completion of an Approved Aide Training Program/SRNA
