Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is hiring Nurse Aides and CNAs to help seniors stay independent and safe at home across O'ahu. This role offers part-time or full-time schedules with flexible hours and weekly pay.

You will assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders; provide companionship; notice health changes; coordinate with the care team; and drive clients to appointments around the island. Prior NA/CNA certification in Hawaii is required.

Qualifications

• Current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to assist with lifting and mobility support.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a team or alone.
• Experience in senior care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide medication reminders and health observations.
• Offer companionship and supportive social interaction.
• Coordinate care with teammates and healthcare professionals.

You'd Be a Great Fit If You...

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii
