Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O‘ahu is seeking warm, dependable Nurse Aides (NAs) and CNAs to help seniors stay independent and safe in their own homes on O‘ahu. Earn weekly pay with flexible hours and learn as you go.

You will assist with bathing, grooming, and mobility, provide companionship, and coordinate with a care team. A valid Hawaii NA/CNA certification and a valid driver's license are required, with driving duties across the island possible.

Qualifications

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
• Senior care experience is a plus, not a must.
• Clear communication and ability to work solo or in a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfort with hands-on lifting and mobility support.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Be a friendly face, providing companionship and comfort.
• Notice changes in health or mood and communicate when it matters.
• Team up with caregivers and healthcare professionals on client care.
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings around O‘ahu.
