Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is looking for warm, dependable Nurse Aides (NAs) and CNAs to help seniors stay independent in their own homes on Makaha and across O'ahu. If you value compassionate care and flexible scheduling, we want to meet you.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
• Caregiving experience is a plus, not required.
• Excellent communication and ability to work solo or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfort with assisting with mobility and daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing, and provide medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and a friendly, reassuring presence.
• Notice changes in health or mood and report them to supervisors.
• Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals on each care plan.
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and island outings.

• Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders
• Be a friendly face and a source of comfort and companionship
• Notice the small changes in health or mood — and speak up when it matters
• Team up with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals on each client's care
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings around the island

You'd Be a Great Fit If You...

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii
• Have a heart for helping others (senior care experience is a plus, not a must)
