Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a compassionate Nurse Aide to join our care team. You will provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and help maintain residents’ comfort and safety.

This full-time evenings role features 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends. Aspire offers CNA training toward certification, with a starting pay rate of $15/hr and a potential $4/hr shift differential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a long-term/senior living or healthcare setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including personal care, vital signs, and basic hygiene needs
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Implement care plans and instructions from licensed nurses
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
