DataAnnotation is seeking experienced nurses to evaluate AI reasoning in clinical contexts. You will write prompts, review AI outputs for safety, and guide what the model should say at the bedside.

This is a flexible, remote, independent contractor role in the United States, with weekly payouts and hourly compensation up to $125+. Prior nursing experience and clear English are essential; degree not required.

Qualifications

• Active or recent nursing experience.
• Clear written English and ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• No degree required; emphasis is on what you can do.
• Ability to critique AI outputs grounded in bedside practice.

Responsibilities

• Write prompts that probe nursing judgment (assessment, triage, medication administration, patient education).
• Review AI output for unsafe steps, incorrect priorities, and protocol errors; rate clinical reasoning.
• Provide the correct answer when the model falls short, grounded in real bedside practice.
