NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking a Nurse Administrator - RN for the Float Pool to work full-time night shifts. This role provides nursing leadership, clinical resources, and administrative support across hospital units in NYP/NYP/Columbia University Irving Medical Center.

Requirements include an MS in Nursing, NY RN license, ACLS/BCLS/PALS, and prior acute care leadership. The position emphasizes patient outcomes, care delivery excellence, and on-site presence at NYP campuses.

Qualifications

• At least three years of acute care RN experience.
• Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Current New York State RN license.
• ACLS, BCLS and PALS certification through AHA.

Responsabilités

• Manage patient care delivery across hospital units during night shifts and weekends.
• Serve as clinical resource and administrator in the absence of and in partnership with unit/hospital leaders.
• Oversee care-related, patient experience, quality, engagement and operational efficiency issues.
