Qualifications

• Current TN RN or LPN license.
• Wound care certification (WCC, CWCN, or similar) preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and patient‑education abilities.
• Experience in wound care, long‑term care, home health, or acute care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide advanced wound care, including dressing changes, debridement (if within scope), and infection prevention
• Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately and promptly
• Educate patients, families, and staff on wound prevention and care techniques
• Participate in care planning, quality improvement initiatives, and interdisciplinary meetings
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and best‑practice standards

About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Wound Care Nurse to join our clinical team.
