Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Schaumburg, IL is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse to provide licensed nursing support through safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation.

You will administer medications, follow Six Rights, document MAR/TAR, monitor symptoms, report changes, and support care plan updates, with a focus on resident safety and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time

You play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.

What We're Looking For:

• Active LPN license in good standing


• CPR and First Aid certification


• Strong assessment and documentation skills

Pay Range:

29.25 - 39.05
