Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed by physicians and nurse practitioners.
• Take vital signs including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Provide basic nursing care (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, toileting, and transferring.
• Participate in care planning and development of individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatments.
