Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting, including administering medications and taking vital signs
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor residents' condition and report changes to the registered nurse or healthcare team
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and medication administration
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and respect for residents, families, and colleagues
