Gulfside Health & Rehabilitation, a 76-bed skilled nursing community, is seeking dependable Registered Nurses to join our team. We offer 12-hour shifts, full-time and part-time opportunities, and an environment that emphasizes staffing consistency, teamwork, and resident-centered care.

As an RN, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, support CNAs, perform assessments, document accurately, and communicate with physicians and families within an infection-control focused

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license in good standing.
• Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred.
• PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete assessments and clinical documentation.
• Monitor and communicate changes in resident condition.
• Supervise and support CNAs and assigned nursing staff.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and the inter-disciplinary team.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
