Advanced Cc is seeking a detail-oriented Charge Nurse (RN) for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Florida. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, administering medications and leading CNAs on shift.

You will maintain accurate records, oversee daily tasks, and promote a warm, patient-centered environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications

Valid Nursing license.
Ability to quickly learn and navigate Point Click Care software.
Valid CPR & IV Certification.
Accepting new and seasoned Registered Nurse's.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and perform treatments to residents.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Direct day-to-day tasks of CNAs with leadership and guidance.
Foster an atmosphere of optimism, warmth and concern for residents and families.
