Bridgewood Gardens Assisted Living and Memory Care is actively seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our team caring for seniors in a compassionate, respectful environment. The role emphasizes health monitoring, routine assessments, and collaborative care planning.

Qualifications

• Current license as an LVN/LPN or RN.
• Minimum one year relevant experience working with seniors.
• Familiar with drug actions and interactions and possess accurate assessment skills.
• Leadership and supervisory skills (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to seniors and monitor health.
