Job summary

PSL is seeking an LPN/LVN or RN to provide compassionate nursing care for seniors. A current state license is required and at least 1 year of experience with seniors is preferred. You will assess residents, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active LVN/LPN or RN license in the state.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with seniors preferred.
• Familiarity with drug actions and interactions; strong assessment skills.
• Leadership and supervisory skills preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents and monitor health status.
• Perform assessments and document findings.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and physicians for care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure quality-of-care standards.
