We’re after someone with a solid background in high-level motorsport, who takes real pride in their craft and enjoys being part of a close-knit crew, both in the workshop and at the racetrack.

About You
  • Background as an F1, F2, F3, Hypercar, or LMP2 technician at a comparable level of motorsport
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the racing industry, including at least 3 years as a Mechanic
  • Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of GT and Prototype race cars is imperative
  • Adaptable and quick to pick up rapid development and changing technical requirements
  • A true team player who works closely and communicates well with all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of IMSA and WEC championships is beneficial but not essential; IMSA experience preferred
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a roll-up-the-sleeves work ethic
  • Completion of a technical education, preferably in automotive mechanics or a related field
  • Authorized to work in the USA; willing and able to travel domestically with the team
Qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of race car setup specifications and appropriate safety mechanisms for each component
  • Proficiency in interpreting and following setup designs for race and test events
  • Extensive mechanical knowledge spanning components, electronics, and the structural framework of race cars
  • Comfortable using professional precision measuring devices
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to concentrate on detailed work for extended periods
  • Organized, accurate, and meticulous in your approach to work
  • Experience in pit stops both GT and Prototype preferred
Responsibilities
