About You
  • Background as an F1, F2, F3, Hypercar, or LMP2 technician at a comparable level of motorsport

  • Adaptable and quick to pick up rapid development and changing technical requirements

  • A true team player who works closely and communicates well with all levels of the organization

  • Knowledge of IMSA and WEC championships is beneficial but not essential; IMSA experience preferred

  • Completion of a technical education, preferably in automotive mechanics or a related field

  • Authorized to work in the USA; willing and able to travel domestically with the team
