Alamar Biosciences, Inc. is seeking a Scientist to join the Technology Access team to design, execute, and deliver NULISA immunoassay projects, collaborating across R&D, Sales, and Marketing. A background in immunology, neuroscience, or proteomics with hands-on immunoassay experience is preferred.

The role requires managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and data documentation. The base salary range is $120,000 - $140,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or M.S. with relevant immunoassay experience.
• Hands-on immunoassay development experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, conduct, and analyze NULISA immunoassay experiments.
• Optimize assay parameters for sensitivity, specificity, and precision.
• Troubleshoot challenges via root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Marketing to deliver projects.
