Job summary

CPCCo is seeking a qualified individual to perform diverse equipment operation and complex task sequences with minimal supervision. The role includes leading teammates, troubleshooting, and participating in safety procedures and emergency responses.

The position supports the Waste Projects and Operations Supervisory Workgroup, with readiness for a new cask loading and shipping facility. DOE security clearance may be required, and a Journeyman qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• May be required to obtain a DOE Level "L" Security Clearance.
• Qualified Journeyman is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Operate diversified equipment and perform sequences of complex operations.
• Lead and train others; perform troubleshooting and emergency procedures.
• Indoctrinate new employees and manage abnormal condition responses.
• May direct and supervise a team as part of the WP&O Supervisory Workgroup and WSAP/TDP requirements.
