Framatome, a leader in nuclear energy solutions, seeks a supervisor to lead a team of tooling engineers for outage services. You will direct tooling development and apply safety-focused practices to ensure first‑time quality during PWR and BWR outages, collaborating with customers to deliver reliable, efficient results.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong engineering judgment, and hands-on tooling experience in a nuclear plant environment, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering standards and criteria.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience supervising tooling engineers.
• Knowledge of underwater tooling applications.
• Knowledge of disassembly and fuel handling at commercial nuclear plants.
• Experience with SolidWorks and SmarTeam.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of tooling engineers to ensure successful execution of projects.
• Plan and direct timely engineering activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, objectives and customer standards.
• Maintain adherence to government and customer engineering standards.
• Monitor performance goals and provide feedback to team.
• Collaborate with customers to build strong relationships.
• Research best practices and propose improvements.
• Work on special projects and other related duties.
