Job summary

Framatome is seeking a senior professional to lead outage planning and execution for critical nuclear services in the United States. You will coordinate planning, scheduling, procurement, and design support across outage activities, serving as the primary customer contact and guiding Framatome teams to meet safety, scope, and schedule goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 10+ years in related fields, and strong technical, contractual, and leadership capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
• Basic contractual requirement knowledge.
• Advanced technical knowledge of processes, equipment and product lines.
• Excellent communication skills to convey detailed technical data.
• Leadership characteristics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the focal point of contact with the customer.
• Lead and direct Framatome employees assigned to outage activities.
• Direct planning and scheduling support, coordinate cost estimates and procurement, and design support plans prior to and during the outage.
• Monitor progress of outage work, identify problems, revise schedules and budgets, and report status of outage to management.
• Coordinate operations and maintenance activities during the outage.
• Oversee implementation of ALARA programs, prepare outage-related documentation, and assess the adequacy of planning documents and systems.
