Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat in Groton, CT, seeks an NTOE PRC General Foreman to oversee daily nuclear test operations across EB Shipyard facilities, directing radiological activities with a strong focus on safety and compliance.

You will lead a team of two to four PRC Supervisors and ten to fifteen Electrical Technicians, coordinating staffing and training while driving continuous improvement and adherence to nuclear work discipline standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain PRCS certification.
• Medically qualified to hold required dosimetry and supervise radiological work.
• 3+ years Nuclear Operations or Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program experience.
• 2+ years Operations Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nuclear test operations across EB Shipyard sites and related facilities.
• Lead and mentor a team of NTO PRC Operations Supervisors and Technicians.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for nuclear work.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost, and budget performance in line with standards.
