Job summary

The Test and Fill Facility (TFF) Operations Manager will report directly to the TFF Site Manager and play a key role in ensuring the functionality and configuration of test systems at the TFF. Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma with 5+ years in Nuclear, Aerospace, Industrial, Mechanical or related industrial environment.
• Extensive experience in facility management and safety practices.
• Experience with test system configuration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure TFF test systems to meet operational requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of operators and engineers for testing activities.
• Coordinate maintenance, safety, and compliance within TerraPower standards.
• Oversee inventory, equipment, and facility readiness for testing.
