Job summary

TerraPower LLC. is seeking a Test and Fill Facility (TFF) Operations Manager to lead a team of engineers and operators ensuring the functionality of TFF test systems. You will oversee daily operations, safety, and compliance within TerraPower’s advanced nuclear technology development programs.

Reporting to the TFF Site Manager, you will coordinate maintenance, testing protocols, and site upgrades while maintaining a strong safety culture and collaborative environment across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma and 5+ years of relevant experience in Nuclear, Aerospace, Industrial, Mechanical industries or industrial operating environments.
• Extensive experience in facility management.
• Experience in test system configuration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the functionality and configuration of TFF test systems, ensuring they meet operational requirements.
• Provide technical oversight for maintenance and operation of TFF test systems.
• Lead and manage a team of operators and engineers in charge of operating and maintaining TFF test systems.
• Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure testing activities align with project goals.
• Foster a collaborative work environment while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
