Rezolut Imaging is looking for a Nuclear Medicine/PET Technologist to join our team!

Who is Rezolut?

Rezolut is an emerging platform of diagnostic medical imaging services. With a focus on four key platforms, our vision is to provide top-notch patient care partnered with innovative technology — to achieve better health outcomes.

Responsibilities

This person will perform NucMed / PET procedures. Responsibilities include positioning and instructing patients, operating imaging equipment, determining technical factors, ensuring proper labeling of images, complying with California Radiation Safety Regulations and FDA regulations, and documenting procedures and patient history to assist in diagnosis.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Perform organ imaging tests including skeletal, cardiac blood pool, and vascular blood pool tests.
  2. Perform complex examinations and procedures, including injecting radiopharmaceuticals under supervision.
  3. Monitor patients for reactions to drugs.
  4. Operate equipment to create images of body organs.
  5. Ensure equipment functionality.
  6. Maintain detailed records of procedures.
  7. Explain procedures and safety precautions to patients and assist during procedures.
  8. Obtain required approvals and signatures from nuclear medicine physicians.

Qualifications for Nuclear Medicine Technologist

  • Nuclear medical certification as per state requirements.
  • Ability to prioritize and adjust work tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • Establish effective relationships with patients and staff.
  • Flexibility to meet department needs.
  • Work independently within departmental guidelines.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Courteous and caring communication.

Minimum Requirements

  • State of California CNMT certification.
  • Valid California CRT.
  • NMTCB certification.
  • California Fluoroscopy License.
  • Venipuncture/IV Contrast License.
  • ARRT (N, R, or CT) certification.
  • At least 2 years of recent Nuclear Medicine Studies experience.
  • At least 1 year of PET/CT experience.
  • CPR for Healthcare Providers (AHA approved).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Schedule: To be discussed during interview.
