Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, Graduate of an approved Nuclear Medicine program
Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (ARRT and/or NMTCB)
An Arkansas Radiologic Technologist License must be obtained before the start date.
Advanced Certification must be obtained by or within 12 months from the date of hire (RAD.AD.1.2).
Preferred Qualifications:
More than three years of Nuclear Medicine Experience

Responsibilities:
Acquires general nuclear medicine and PET/CT images.
Reviews images for accuracy and processes for medical interpretation.
Maintains the daily workflow in the Nuclear Medicine and PET departments
Prepares the patient for assigned procedures (i.e., establishes IV access, administers radioisotopes and adjunct medication).
Communicates effectively with patients, coworkers and physicians through written and verbal communication.
Performs quality assurance on nuclear medicine and PET/CT equipment.
Performs other duties as required.
