Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; 10 years of engineering experience in nuclear facilities.
• 3–5 years in integrative, multidisciplinary or management roles.
• Proven experience with regulated environments (nuclear/DOE/NRC) and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of integrated engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate across process, safety, mechanical, electrical, I&C and civil domains to ensure technical consistency and resolve integration challenges.
• Review designs and oversee progress to maintain safety, cost and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary workshops to align engineering activities and resolve issues.
• Mentor engineers, contribute to talent development and promote technical excellence.
• Support regulatory audits and ensure all engineering integration activities adhere to nuclear safety and compliance programs.
• Drive continuous improvement by monitoring system performance and implementing optimization initiatives.
• Maintain professional demeanor in all communication and perform other duties as assigned.
