Zusammenfassung

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory seeks a Product Quality professional in the Quality, Performance, and Improvement Department to oversee supplier oversight and audits across NNPP production lines. Travel up to one week per quarter may be required.

You will lead supplier audits, coordinate quality plans, resolve deficiencies with CAPA, and support QPE programs while ensuring nuclear-safety compliant quality processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical/engineering/science field with 6+ years of relevant experience; or
• Master's degree in a related field with 4+ years; or Doctorate with 1+ year; or currently a Senior Reactor Training Engineer/Refueling Engineer.
• ISO 9000 auditing experience preferred; supplier audits and surveillances.

Aufgaben

• Performing supplier audits and surveillances.
• Partner with Technical Communities to establish upfront quality plans.
• Resolve supplier quality deficiencies including SCARs.
• Support and be the primary QPI point-of-contact for special projects.
• Support QPE and CAPA audits.
• Occasionally create Product Inspection Plans (NDT or Dimensional).
• Track and trend supplier deficiencies.
