Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Site Procurement Specialist at the Grand Gulf Nuclear Facility in Port Gibson, MS. The role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three in-office days per week, with relocation options for non-local candidates. This position may be filled at I, II, III, or Sr.

level based on experience and education. The successful candidate will manage sourcing for services and materials, lead RFx processes, and coordinate with Legal and Tax to ensure compliant contracts while driving cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related discipline.
• 4+ years of material purchasing, supplier contracting, or related supply chain experience (site Senior level preferred).
• Experience with RFx, contracts, and supplier management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source services and materials for nuclear site needs.
• Lead RFx processes and negotiate favorable terms.
• Coordinate with Legal, Tax, and other departments to ensure compliant contracts.
• Maintain supplier relationships and monitor performance for cost savings.
• Ensure safety and regulatory requirements are met in procurement activities.
