Job summary

Entergy seeks Nuclear Operations Instructor positions for the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station in Port Gibson, MS. Roles will involve designing and delivering training for licensed and non-licensed operators with NRC/INPO alignment. Onsite work with relocation required for non-local candidates.

Positions may be titled Operations Instructor, Sr or Sr Staff based on education, experience, and SRO qualifications; two openings are anticipated. Expect travel up to 25% and a professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, engineering or related technical field or equivalent.
• Three years of front-line experience in nuclear operations training or related area for Instructor, Ops (Nuc) or Sr Ops (Nuc).
• Familiarity with NRC/INPO requirements and simulator-based training.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate training materials for licensed and non-licensed operators.
• Coordinate and administer training programs across sites and corporate groups.
• Ensure availability of qualified operators through effective training delivery.
• Interface with line personnel to assess training needs and implement solutions.
