You will manage a ~$45 million revenue unit, lead about 20 direct reports including chemists and technicians, own staffing, training and performance, and drive plans, bottleneck resolution, and cross-functional collaboration with planning, engineering, and CBS teams.

Qualifications

• Reading drawings, schematics, and procedures.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience in manufacturing leadership and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a manufacturing unit with ~ $45 million in revenue and manage day-to-day operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and cost targets.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of ~20 direct reports including chemists and production leaders.
• Own the employee lifecycle for direct reports including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Develop and manage daily/weekly operating plans and production schedules; adjust plans for equipment failures or urgent requests.
• Identify bottlenecks, coordinate workflow, and balance priorities to meet targets.
• Conduct regular operating meetings across functions and levels.
• Support CBS tools and 6S deployment with the CBS manager.
