**Now Hiring Security Professionals for a Nuclear Facility in Monticello, Minnesota!**

**Per Collective Bargaining Agreement 2025 hourly rates**

Starting Pay: **$20.48 / Hour** (plus built in biweekly overtime)

- WITH a raise granted at **12 months and 24 months** with max pay rate to $33.34 / Hour after two years.

+ No experience necessary – Excellent training program

+ Must be 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent

+ Weekly pay period

+ 12-hour night shift position after 12-to-14-week training (1745 – 0600)

+ Night shift differential on top of pay

+ Must Have Valid Driver's License to Qualify

+ Must pass background check and drug/alcohol screening

**Start date is Tues, August 12, 2025** – Interviews July 7 th and 8 th .
