You will collaborate with engineering, IS, and operations to ensure accurate forecasts, resource alignment, and timely reporting. A bachelor's degree and strong communication are required for this role, located in Richland, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 0+ years of related experience or equivalent work experience.
• Basic understanding of planning and scheduling concepts.
• Basic communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data.
• Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Good problem identification and problem resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to adjust schedules based on changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains project schedules and status reports.
• Assists in creating work breakdown structures for scheduling and cost tracking.
• Identifies required project resources.
• Coordinates with IS on scheduling software updates.
• Contributes to project teams with data and analysis.
• Generates timely management reports and schedules.
• Proposes scheduling process improvements.
