Job summary

Copello Global Ltd is seeking a Safety Engineer to join a growing team delivering complex submarine programmes. Hybrid/Remote with monthly site visits and UK travel, you will produce safety documentation and contribute to safety cases.

The ideal candidate has nuclear or submarine sector experience and will apply hazard analysis, risk assessment, and regulatory standards to ensure safe engineering solutions. Strong communication and independent working skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience within Nuclear or Sub
• Understanding of safety engineering principles and risk management techniques
• Experience producing technical documentation and safety reports
• Hazard analysis, FMEA, and risk assessment experience
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and safety standards
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Job description

Location – Hybrid/Remote, with travel once a month to site.

Salary – DoE.

Due to the nature of the programmes, you must be a sole British Citizen to be eligible for the position.
