Job summary

Dominion Energy is seeking an Employee Concerns Program Specialist to support Millstone Power Station in Waterford, CT. The role focuses on ensuring a healthy Nuclear Safety Culture and investigating safety concerns across the ECP in the region.

You will provide guidance to management, track concerns, report findings, and help employees navigate safety pathways while maintaining compliance with NRC regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of nuclear industry policies, NRC regulations, and plant safety.
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal, written, and presentation formats.
• Ability to work with all levels of management and employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and guidance on handling safety issues or employee problems.
• Investigate safety-related concerns and prepare written reports of findings.
• Maintain the ECP within the assigned region and report trends.
• Advise management on addressing concerns and trends and train staff on Safety Culture.
• Manage periods of heavy workload and irregular hours as needed.
