Qualifications

DOE Q-Clearance or equivalent (or ability to obtain)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software/Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field
Professional software development experience in engineering or automation environments

Responsibilities

Develop software for control systems interfacing with industrial hardware and data-acquisition systems
Translate process requirements into robust software solutions for testing and deployment
Design, refactor, and optimize automation software and UI components as needed
Create tools to collect, analyze, and visualize data from laboratories and industrial systems
Develop documentation, interface specifications, and test procedures for software components
Support commissioning, start-up activities, and troubleshooting in a high-regulated nuclear environment
