Job summary

Fluor is seeking a qualified professional to oversee supplier activities with a focus on nuclear quality requirements and construction/site oversight. You will monitor inspections, assess compliance, and document performance while coordinating with project management and site leadership.

Ideal candidates will have a four-year degree (or equivalent) and strong communication, attention to detail, and knowledge of nuclear QA standards such as ASME B31.1/B31.3 and related codes. U.S.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent plus 3 years of related experience, or 7 years of experience without a degree.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, and visitors.
• Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious, efficient work habits.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect supplier construction activities through surveillance and inspections.
• Align surveillance assignments with supplier and project management.
• Identify and address supplier nonconformances per project quality program requirements.
• Assess and report supplier compliance with procurement document requirements.
• Document supplier performance evaluations.
• Plan and organize own work and take tasks from management staff.
