Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions is seeking an entry-level Quality professional to support the Project Management Team by reporting and enhancing quality performance on projects. You will collaborate with project management, engineering, and field staff to ensure adherence to the Quality Management System and assist in audits and corrective actions.

Ideal candidates hold a four-year degree in engineering or science (or a technical college degree plus experience) and must be willing to travel/relocate as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science or technical college degree plus related experience.
• Clear ability to communicate project quality status clearly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical writing.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain effective communications with district management, project teams and clients as required.
• Examine field conditions and identify problems; take corrective action.
• Identify potential safety hazards and take corrective actions.
• Maintain knowledge of the Quality Management System and promote standardization.
• Manage Welding Procedure Specification log and files for assigned districts.
• Assist in conducting project quality audits and reports.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering or science

Technical college degree + 2 years related construction experience
