Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC seeks a Quality Manager to lead QA across AP1000 projects, ensuring safety, compliance, and performance. You will build and mentor a new quality organization reporting to the Director of APX Quality, Environment, Health and Safety, located in Cranberry Township, PA or Rock Hill, SC, with on-site presence two days weekly.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent in engineering or technical field.
• 8+ years of quality assurance experience.
• Broad knowledge of QA regulations, codes, and standards.
• Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, fabrication and testing.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 25% when needed.

Responsibilities

• Embed quality across the project lifecycle from bid to delivery.
• Design project-specific QA staffing strategies and build a QA team.
• Lead QA for AP1000 project portfolios and audits.
• Develop and manage QA budgets and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with Westinghouse QMS across projects.

Education
