Fugro USA is seeking a QA Nuclear Manager to implement and continuously improve quality assurance programs for nuclear projects, ensuring compliance with ASME NQA-1 and client requirements. The role provides independent oversight of engineering, supplier and subcontractor activities, while fostering a culture of safety and quality.
You will lead audits, records management, CAPA, and participate in client and internal meetings as the Nuclear quality SME.
The QA Nuclear Manager is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving quality assurance programs supporting nuclear projects and services. The role serves as the Nuclear Quality Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring compliance with ASME NQA-1 requirements, client-specific nuclear quality requirements, applicable regulatory commitments, and company management systems.
The position provides independent quality oversight of project activities, engineering deliverables, supplier and subcontractor quality activities, audits, corrective action programs, records management, and quality assurance processes. The QA Nuclear Manager works closely with project teams, technical staff, subcontractors, and clients to promote a culture of quality, nuclear safety, and continuous improvement while ensuring that quality requirements are effectively integrated into project execution.
