A Star ID is required to access Marshall Space Flight Center.
Education: a Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in an engineering or science discipline, preferably from an ABET accredited university.
Typical experience: Ph.D. with at least 9 years, Master's with 13 years, Bachelor's with 15 years of experience.
Experience in avionics requirements, design, trade studies, milestone reviews, interface definition, change management, risk management, and safety.
Good coordination and communication skills; able to multitask.
Responsibilities
Support avionics hardware/software design, integration and verification for SNP engines.
Coordinate scheduling and meetings, including test support.
Perform systems analyses and provide engineering insight for flight avionics.
Conduct risk management and coordinate technical performance measures.
Support reviews and provide status updates to NASA management.
