Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Schedule Lead to develop and maintain project schedules using district standards and proven scheduling techniques. This hands-on role will allow you to influence scheduling across a broad range of projects in different stages, by analyzing the critical path, preparing reports, and driving on-time completion.

You will lead project teams in baseline CPM development, monthly updates, and what-if analyses, while coordinating with clients, owners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• 7-10+ years’ construction scheduling experience with leadership.
• Proficient in Primavera P6; knowledge of Power BI and Excel helpful.
• Strong communication and teamwork, ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using company standards.
• Analyze critical paths, prepare reports, and drive on-time completion.
• Lead scheduling teams; develop baseline CPM schedules and updates.
• Perform Time Impact Analysis and coordinate with clients/owners.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with safety and quality standards.
