Job summary

Holtec International is seeking a Project Engineer II in Camden, NJ to lead the execution of engineering projects across services, interfacing with customers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or nuclear engineering, strong communication, and experience with MATLAB, MathCAD, and SolidWorks. Hybrid work options are available; relocation is not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, nuclear, or related engineering.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• 5-10 years relevant industry experience and nuclear licensing exposure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary engineering point of contact for assigned projects with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities to meet objectives, schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Develop, review, and approve engineering calculations, analyses, design packages, drawings, and specifications.
