Job summary

KBR's National Security Solutions team seeks a Project/Program Manager in Albuquerque, NM to support the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center. An active DoD TS/SCI, SAP Eligible clearance is required.

You will manage cost, schedule, and performance across multiple nuclear systems programs and coordinate with government teams in a secure environment. Responsibilities include planning, execution, and governance of contracts, financial management, and coordinating tests and system requirements across

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI, SAP Eligible clearance, US citizen required.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or management.
• 5–10 years experience in DoD or related program management.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Willingness to travel and work in a secure location.
• Understanding of weapon systems development and governance.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, execution, and management of program cost, schedule, and performance.
• Support management of air-delivered bomb/warhead programs and test variants.
• Support Branch Chief and teams to accomplish tasks.
• Develop acquisition strategy and planning for contracts.
• Support financial management and cost estimates.
• Document strategic plans detailing policy and direction.
• Plan aging surveillance test program and testing activities.
• Perform on-aircraft and lab test planning and execution.
• Develop system requirements and maintain specs and traceability.
• Determine resources and budgets for program execution.
• Maintain awareness of nuclear certification processes.
• Align with DoDI 5000.02/AFI 63-125 processes.
• Formulate plans to meet cost, schedule, performance goals.
• Apply multi-attribute tradespace exploration for portfolio management.
